How to do self assessment and take primary care of corona virus (COVID-19) ?

Coronavirus (COVID-19) self-assessment, If you think you have coronavirus or you have been in closed to contact with corona infected patients.






Self Analysis of Coronavirus Disease in a simple way:



The coronavirus is a communicable disease it is transmit one persons to another persons by inhaling to contaminated air droplets, when some peoples sneezing, coughing, splitting or  touching anything in public places.



 Coronavirus disease (covid-19):



The coronavirus disease cause respiratory illness with symptoms such as a cough, fever and difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (3 to 5 feet) with people who are unwell.

 



How to do self -assessment to check if you are at risk of coronavirus(COVID-19)?


o   If you have recent travel history


o   If you have fever


o   If you have cough


o   If you feel tried


o   If you feel difficulty in breathing


Some of the symptoms facts you must check


o   Some patients do not have fever in starting period


o   Cough is usually dry but sputum is not uncommon


o   The time between catching the coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms of the disease range from 1- 14 days.


 You Can Take Primary Care of Self if having any one coronavirus (COVID-19) Symptoms:




o   Stay at home at least 14 days from when you have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms


o   Do not invite any guests and visitors


o   Choose a well ventilated room and maintain distance from other


o   Always use mask and sanitizer


o   Must dispose all waste in a clinical waste bag


o   Turn off air conditioner(AC) and open windows


o   Clean the room always


o   Mask ,gloves and apron must be use while cleaning the  room and

   frequently sanitize your room.
